Supercritical reactorIt is synthesized by processing high-quality 316L, 310S Hastelloy and other materials using red furnace forging solid fusion multi-layer technology, and using 4, 6, 8, and 12 high-pressure bolts.
The heating and temperature control of the supercritical reaction kettle are monitored in real-time using a microcomputer, ensuring real-time monitoring of temperature, pressure, gas protection, and sampling during the material reaction process. Study the influence of changes in various parameters (P, T, anaerobic conditions) during the reaction process on the trend and results of the experimental reaction process. The reaction kettle has the advantages of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance without affecting the feed liquid, simple operation, and safety, and is widely used in industrial sectors such as universities, pharmaceuticals, and scientific research.

1. Equipped with AI artificial intelligence PID, communication function, multi-stage program temperature control instrument, control panel with power switch, heating switch, pressure gauge, intake valve, sampling water cooling fine adjustment valve, temperature probe on the kettle, to improve the implementation of micro reaction experiments;
2. The kettle body and heater can be completely separated, greatly facilitating the disassembly of the reaction kettle and improving work efficiency;
