main structure

Kettle body: It is usually made of high-strength stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant alloy materials, which can withstand high pressure and high temperature.

Cauldron cover: It tightly fits with the kettle body to form a sealed reaction space, usually equipped with feeding port, sampling port, pressure gauge interface, thermometer interface, catalyst inlet, etc.

Stirring device: used for mixing reactants to ensure uniform contact and improve reaction efficiency. The mixing device may include different types of mixing shafts.

Heating and cooling system: used to control the temperature inside the reactor and maintain a constant temperature required for the reaction. The heating method can be electric heating, steam heating, or hot oil heating.

Pressure control system: including pressure gauges, safety valves, pressure regulating valves, etc., used to monitor and control the pressure inside the reactor to ensure safe operation.

Hydrogenation device: used to introduce hydrogen gas into the reaction vessel. In some designs, the hydrogen addition point is located below the stirring shaft to improve the dispersion and dissolution of hydrogen gas.

Control system: an integrated electronic control system used to monitor and control parameters such as pressure, temperature, and stirring speed of the reaction vessel.
