1、 Product Overview

Electrochemical high-pressure reactorIt is a high-temperature and high-pressure reaction kettle made of high-quality 316L, 310S, Hastelloy and other materials, suitable for laboratory workbenches. It has a small volume, easy operation, and powerful functions. The kettle body is processed by a large machining center in one go. This reaction vessel is composed of flanges and uses 4, 6, 8, and 12 high-pressure bolts. Several electrodes are installed on the vessel cover. This reaction vessel is mainly used for laboratory research on the electrochemical performance testing of sheet-like working electrode sheets, as well as scientific research experiments and quantitative synthesis of high-temperature and high-pressure, microanalysis, etc.

2、 Product Features

Material of the kettle body: 316L material is used, and other materials can be selected according to the specific requirements of the customer for the reactant medium;

Heating device: Fixed modular electric heater, uniform and stable heating, durable and long-lasting;

Temperature control device: adopting advanced PID artificial intelligence temperature control, with self-tuning (AT) function and timing function (see instrument instructions for details)；

Temperature measurement device: high-precision temperature sensor, deep inside the reactor body, real-time monitoring of the reaction temperature inside the reactor;

Kettle body: The heater can be completely separated, which greatly facilitates the disassembly of the reaction kettle and provides work efficiency;

Brushless motor: stable speed, no noise;

Inlet and outlet valves: High pressure resistant, corrosion-resistant valves with a diameter of 3mm are used;

Pressure gauge: Select stainless steel pressure gauge;

Electrode: Pt sheet/wire electrode, Ag/AgCi reference electrode, graphite electrode, glassy carbon disk electrode, electrode clamp, etc.
