structural material

The main body is usually made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel or special alloys, which can withstand high temperatures and pressures.

The stirring system is equipped with magnetic or mechanical stirrers to ensure thorough mixing of reactants and promote mass and heat transfer.

The heating system may include an internal electric heater or an external circulating heating bath to precisely control the reaction temperature.


Features

The kettle body or lid can be manually or automatically raised and lowered for easy addition or removal of reactants, as well as cleaning and maintenance.
