Main functional features

The main controller adopts a 32-bit ARM processor from the 21st century, with processing speed reaching the level of a Pentium class general-purpose computer. Compared with traditional 8-bit microcontroller measurement and control systems, the overall performance is greatly improved, with faster computation speed and higher control accuracy

The data acquisition core device adopts ultra high precision 24 bit AD from the United States, with a sampling rate of up to 2000 times per second, which can capture the instantaneous changes in force, and has a resolution of up to 500000 divisions throughout the entire process. And using 6-point calibration technology to further improve accuracy, the force measurement accuracy is better than the national 0.5 level (the most advanced) standard.

The displacement encoder adopts a 4-fold counting technology, which increases the displacement resolution by 4 times and can reach a maximum of 0.0005mm.

There are two output control methods, pulse and voltage, which can control any servo motor, variable frequency motor or DC motor with pulse or voltage control interface to achieve smooth and stepless speed regulation.
