Steel lined PTFE storage tank

1. Our factory has three mature processes: equal pressure method, winding method, hot melt welding method, and PTFE spraying method. We can produce F4 anti-corrosion equipment with lining of any specification according to the user's drawing requirements. There is no limit to vertical or horizontal, and branch pipes can be opened at any position with a length of 100mm;
2. The thickness of lining F4 is generally 2-6mm, which can be chosen arbitrarily;
3. The upper and lower heads can be lined separately from the cylinder, or they can be lined as a whole. The depth of the elliptical head is one sixth of the diameter;
4. The inner wall of the equipment steel shell should be flat and smooth, with a flange edge radius R of 6-10mm, and a branch pipe and flange edge radius R of 3-5mm;
5. Scrapped old enamel pots can also be repaired and lined with F4 for reuse;
6. Inspection standard: Use an electric spark flaw detector for detection, with a detection voltage of 25KV, a frequency of 1.9 * 106 Hz, and a surface movement speed of probe F4 not exceeding 50mm/Sec. Non breakdown is considered a qualified product.

PTFE lined containers (tanks, kettles, towers, etc.) produced by Chengdu Yongtong Machinery are resistant to positive and negative pressure:
1、 Maximum diameter: 6000mm, unlimited length (vertical and horizontal)
2、 Use pressure:- 0.09—+1.6Mpa
3、 Operating temperature:- 100—+500℃
4、 Lining thickness: 2-6mm
5、 Manufacturing and acceptance: executed in accordance with HG20536-93 standard
