Introduction to Steel lined PTFE Reactor

  1. According to the user's drawings, it is possible to manufacture PTFE lined equipment with a diameter of DN6000mm or less, regardless of whether it is vertical or horizontal. Branch pipes can be installed at any position on the device, with the optimal length being 100mm.
  2. All the PTFE sheets lining our company's equipment are made from Japanese made M12 as raw material. Due to the maximum width of F4 sheet being 1.5-2m, the length of each section of the cylinder is generally within 1.3-1.8m.
  3. Equipment within DN3000 can meet negative pressure requirements.
  4. The thickness of lining F4 is generally 1.5-4mm.
  5. The upper and lower covers and the cylinder body should be lined separately, generally using a flat lid and flat bottom, a disc-shaped cone structure, and a depth H of one tenth of the diameter of the disc-shaped structure. Standard heads or other types can also be made.
  6. The shed board is made of steel frame and wrapped with F4. The distance between the shed strips should be 30mm. If the particle size of the user's filler is less than 30mm, an additional F4 porous plate can be placed on the shed surface.
  7. The steel shell of the reaction vessel equipment should have a smooth and flat inner wall. The chamfer R of the flange flange of the equipment should be 6-10mm, and the chamfer R of the flange flange of the branch pipe should be R3-5mm
  8. Lining PP The technical requirements for the shell iron parts of PO material equipment shall refer to the above requirements.
