• The steam pressure vessel is a steel horizontal and cylindrical device. The cylinder and vessel cover are welded with 16MnR steel plate. The steam pressure vessel neck and vessel cover flange are forged with 16Mn as a whole, and the welds have undergone strict X-ray inspection according to specifications.
• Both ends of the autoclave are equipped with movable quick opening doors and safety interlock devices for opening the doors.
• The kettle door is sealed with a double-layer nitrile rubber sealing ring, which is well sealed.
• The autoclave body is equipped with movable supports to adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the body.
• The autoclave is equipped with a safety valve, pressure gauge, drain valve, and a sewage tank for users to choose from.

Classification of autoclaves:

• Divided by overall structure: end type and through type;
• According to the working medium: saturated vapor and compressed air;
• According to the driving method for opening the kettle lid, it can be divided into manual, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic transmission.
