1、 Overview of coil heating mixing tank:
The coil heating mixing tank is composed of a tank body, upper and lower heads, mixing, motor reducer, seal, inner coil tube or outer half tube, etc. The inner coil tube mixing tank uses a coil set inside the tank to heat materials, which has the characteristics of fast heating speed, uniform heating, and can also act as a baffle. However, due to being coiled in circles inside the tank, it is not easy to clean and is not suitable for heating viscous materials. The outer half tube heating mixing tank has the characteristics of good heating effect and uniform heating, but the heating speed is slightly slower and the heating area is limited. But the coil heating mixing tank can withstand higher steam pressure. Coil heating mixing tanks are generally suitable for medium-sized mixing tanks.
2、 Difference between electric heating mixing tank, steam heating mixing tank, and coil heating mixing tank
Stainless steel electric heating mixing tank (coil heating mixing tank) has a higher power consumption and slower heating speed than steam heating mixing tank due to the higher power of the electric heating rod; But steam heated stainless steel mixing tanks require the addition of coal-fired boilers, with a slightly higher basic investment than sanitary grade liquid mixing tanks, and generally belong to pressure vessels. The steam heating mixing tank adopts steam heating, which is relatively clean and suitable for pharmaceutical and hygiene grade mixing tanks. The inner coil tube heating mixing tank is suitable for materials that are not sticky or prone to wall crystallization. It is generally inconvenient to clean inside the tank, occupies a certain volume of the tank, and contains relatively less material. However, it has fast heat exchange and uniform heating. The outer half tube heating mixing tank has a fast heating speed, does not occupy the volume inside the tank, has good pressure resistance, and can be reinforced by a circle of half tubes. However, the heating difficulty is relatively high and there are many welds, making it suitable for tanks with slightly thicker inner walls.
