Characteristics of Box Structure (High and Low Temperature Test Chamber)
The box is formed by CNC digital working machine, with a beautiful and elegant appearance.
The interior of the box is made of SUS304 # stainless steel plate, and the exterior is made of SECC steel plate, which is treated with paint to increase the appearance texture and cleanliness.
Large scale observation and inspection with lighting to keep the box bright, using embedded glass in the heating body to maintain a clear observation window at all times.
There are two 50mm diameter test holes on the left and upper sides of the box, which can be used for external testing power or signal lines.
The bottom of the machine adopts high-quality fixed movable wheels for both fixation and movement.
Controller
Microcomputer key control method, Japanese RKC series controller.
After inputting the data and experimental conditions, the controller has a locking function to prevent human touch from changing the temperature value.
The temperature control adopts P.I.D.+S.S.R. system synchronous coordinated control, which can improve the stability and service life of control components and interfaces.
It has the function of P.I.D. automatic calculation, which can immediately correct temperature change conditions and make temperature control more accurate.
The operating mode is constant operation.
* Refrigeration System
Original imported French (Taikang) Iron Armored Warrior high-efficiency, low-noise fully enclosed refrigeration compressor.
The refrigeration system adopts a binary cascade refrigeration design, which uses different compressors to work in different temperature ranges to increase the service life of the equipment.
The heating and cooling systems are completely independent, and all freezing system action programs are completely controlled by a microcomputer controller, achieving the advantages of maximum efficiency and power saving.
Supply air circulation system
We use imported fan motors and aluminum alloy circulation fans that are resistant to high and low temperatures to achieve forced convection and vertical diffusion circulation.
By utilizing high-quality axial flow fans for powerful air circulation, any blind spots can be avoided, resulting in even temperature distribution within the testing area.
The wind path circulation adopts an upper outlet and lower return design, with wind speed and pressure meeting the test standards, and the temperature stabilization time is fast at the moment of opening and closing the door.
