1. The whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel material, with mirror polished inner and outer surfaces, smooth and without dead corners.
2. The stainless steel mixing tank can be equipped with 1-3 different types of agitators, including paddle agitators, frame agitators, high shear emulsifying heads, and high-speed dispersing discs. The agitator installation can be top mounted, side mounted, or bottom mounted.
3. The top is equipped with a manhole, slurry inlet, automatic cleaning ball, vacuum port, slurry reflux spray head, and water inlet. Install a discharge valve at the bottom.
4. Configurable jacket to meet heating, insulation, or cooling requirements during the production process.
5. Stainless steel mixing tanks can also be used in conjunction with pipeline emulsifiers for continuous cyclic production.
6. Stainless steel mixing tanks can be modified and further expanded to automated complete sets of equipment, which can be equipped with multiple stainless steel liquid storage tanks, stainless steel pull cylinders, vacuum pumps, PLC control systems, etc. Depending on the configuration of the complete set of equipment, single-layer or multi-layer steel frame platforms can be selected.
