Stainless steel horizontal format samplerPlays an important role in seed inspection and grain quality control. Made of stainless steel, simple and practical, with grooves arranged in a straight line. Used to divide various seeds, when the seeds are poured into the instrument from above, the sample is divided into two equal parts through a series of intersecting slides in opposite directions.

Instrument principle:

Obtain one or more equal and uniform seed samples through one or more sorting processes.

Instrument features:

1. Simple structure and strong durability of stainless steel material.

2. Divided into two types: 16 grid and 12 grid, suitable for seeds of different sizes.

3. The slot widths are 12.7mm and 25.4mm respectively, to accommodate seeds of different sizes passing through.

The maximum weight of the small and medium-sized seed sampler is 150-1200g, while the maximum weight of the large seed sampler is 300-2000g.

The size of the small and medium-sized seed sampler is 315 * 240 * 260mm, and the size of the large seed sampler is 420 * 240 * 280mm.

6. The small and medium-sized seed sampler is suitable for small and medium-sized seeds such as rice and wheat, while the large seed sampler is suitable for large seeds such as soybeans and corn.
