The rice taste meter is a specialized tool used to evaluate the taste and texture of riceQuality instruments and equipment. It analyzes rice samples through scientific and technological means, measuring multiple key indicators including but not limited to taste value, protein content, moisture content, and amylose content. These indicators are crucial for evaluating the edible quality of rice.
Application principle:
During the detection process, the rice sample is irradiated with near-infrared light, and the spectrometer records and analyzes the characteristics of light absorption, scattering, and reflection by the sample. These spectral data are processed through mathematical models to obtain key indicators such as taste value, protein, moisture, and amylose of rice. Different components have absorption and reflection spectral lines for light of different wavelengths. By analyzing these spectral characteristics, the composition and content of rice can be inferred.
