1. Monitor the operating status of the monitoring equipment

Regularly check the operating status of equipment, including motor current, temperature, vibration, etc.

Pay attention to whether the sound of the equipment during operation is normal. If there is any abnormal sound or vibration, stop the machine immediately for inspection.

2. Control the feeding amount

Keep the feed rate uniform and stable, avoiding fluctuations in quantity to prevent affecting the crushing effect or causing equipment overload.

If material blockage or accumulation is found, the feeding amount should be adjusted or the machine should be stopped for cleaning in a timely manner.

3. Check the crushing effect

Regularly check whether the particle size of the crushed material meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, adjust the sieve aperture or hammer spacing.

4. Maintenance of ventilation system

Ensure that the ventilation system is unobstructed, regularly clean the cyclone separator and bag filter to avoid dust accumulation or blockage.

If poor ventilation is found, the pipeline should be checked promptly for leaks or blockages, and cleaned or repaired.
