Stainless steel cation exchange column

Ion exchange column is a process of mixing and packing a certain proportion of cation and anion exchange resins into the same exchange device to exchange and remove ions from the fluid. Ion exchange columns, also known as resin columns, require regeneration treatment to restore the resin exchange (adsorption) capacity when the ion exchange resin is saturated with adsorption. The ion exchange column (resin column) designed and manufactured by our company is a stainless steel cation exchange column and a stainless steel resin column. The stainless steel cation exchange column and stainless steel resin column are made of high-quality stainless steel, connected by upper and lower flanges (or clamps), and equipped with a long strip sight glass on the column to observe the situation inside the column. The overall detachable structure can facilitate the replacement of resin and the regeneration and washing of resin. Two or four stainless steel cation exchange columns and stainless steel resin columns are generally installed on a stainless steel frame, and pumps are configured to facilitate material input, cleaning, resin regeneration, etc. The mesh size of porous plates and filters can be selected according to needs, and various models can be customized.
