1、 Product Overview

The internal structure of the automatic self-cleaning brush filter consists of a stainless steel filter screen, stainless steel wire brush, and transmission part. The washing and drainage are automatically completed by the driving motor and electric valve. The operation mode is automatic (manual operation is also possible), with dual functions of pressure difference and timed automatic drainage. When the water flows through the filter, impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. As the accumulation of impurities on the surface of the filter screen increases, the pressure difference reaches0.04MpaThe differential pressure switch sends a signal, and at the same timePLCSend instructions to start the drive motor and open the drain valve; The impurities accumulated on the filter will be brushed off by the rotating brush and discharged from the drainage outlet. The entire brushing and drainage process does not require manual operation or shutdown. At the same time, the equipment has both timed flushing and manual flushing drainage functions, ensuring safe and reliable water discharge in any situation.

The fully automatic self-cleaning filter has the functions of raw water filtration and automatic cleaning and drainage of filter elements. The system continuously supplies water during cleaning and drainage.

There are two control modes for the cleaning of automatic self-cleaning filters: automatic control and manual control.

Automatic control: There are two ways of automatic control: timing and pressure difference. Set the filtering time on the filtering timer. When the filtering time is up, start discharging. The discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. At the same time, the control system compares the system pressure difference in real-time with the pressure difference set by the user. When the system pressure difference reaches the set pressure difference, the filter is also cleaned and drained. The discharge time is set by the discharge time timer. When the discharge time is up, stop cleaning and the system returns to its initial state, preparing for the next filtration process.

Manual control: Use the manual control on the operation panel/Turn the automatic selection switch to the manual position, and the filter will drain water.
