1Stain resistant flushing devicePurpose:
The QWX type is designed and manufactured based on the relevant regulations of the coating stain resistance test method for stain resistant washing. Used to determine the stain resistance of various building exterior wall coatings.
2、 Principle and structure:
QWX typeStain resistant flushing deviceIt is a flushing device for coating stain resistance test. Used in conjunction with reflectivity to determine coating stain resistance. It mainly consists of stainless steel water tank, water pipe, sample frame and solenoid valve, time relay, automatic control device, water tank bracket, controller bracket, pipeline bracket, etc.
3、 Main parameters:
1. The water tank has a capacity of 15 liters and the inner diameter of the water pipe is 8mm.
2. Time control: 0 seconds -99 hours and 99 seconds.
3. Power supply voltage: AC220V, 50HZ, with a fuse of 3A.
4、 Preparation before the experiment: (refer to the diagram)
1. Fix the water tank and ensure that the space of the water pipe is basically perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and that the water outlet is 200mm away from the test plate. Connect the two water pipes firmly according to the diagram, and wrap the threads with PTFE tape. Fix the water pipe bracket and controller bracket, and connect the water overflow pipe.
2. Insert the solenoid valve lead into the controller signal hole and tighten the nut to connect to a universal 220V power supply. (Before turning on power switch C, switch B should be turned to the "pause" position first)
5、 Experimental steps:
1. Fill the water tank with water. If there is overflow, stop filling. After the overflow stops, place the sample on the sample rack.
2. Adjust the time relay from the third position on the left to M, and from the second position to zero for the rest, which is 1 minute. Set B to the "pause" position, turn on power switch C, and then press A to "reset". Turn B to "working" again, and the solenoid valve will start working, and the timer will begin. That is, flushing begins. At this point, the template should be moved so that all parts can pass through the water flow point. After one minute, the valve switch stops flushing. Set B to 'pause' again and press the reset A key. An experimental process has ended. Fill the water tank with water and wait for the next experiment.
3. The drying and reflection coefficient measurement of the washed sample, the preparation of fly ash water, the parameters of fly ash, the substrate and production of the sample shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
6、 Attention:
This device is a combination of water and electricity products. There must be no water leakage in the pipeline connection, otherwise it cannot be used. There must be a leakage protection device at the power supply, and the power plug must be unplugged after use. During operation, the wet and dry should be separated and operated by two people. One person operates the controller. One person moves the prototype for experimentation.
