QCJ-100 typePaint film impact testerDesigned according to GB1732-79 standard, the impact strength of the paint film is determined by using a heavy object falling from a height to impact the paint film.
Working Principle:
The heavy hammer is fixed at the required height by the controller screw, and its height can be read from the positioning mark. Pressing the controller screw compresses the controller spring. At this time, the circular hole of the controller slider is aligned with the circular holes of the controller cover and the controller bottom, and the connected heavy hammer falls and hits the punch rod. The punch rod acts downward on the template that was previously placed on the cushion block. Then, the heavy hammer body is lifted and the tested template is taken out to observe the paint film test situation on the template.
QCJ-100 typePaint film impact testerSpecifications
(1) The length of the instrument scale is 0-50 centimeters, 0100 centimeters, and the division is 1 centimeter.
(2) The heavy hammer weighs 1000 grams and is equipped with a detachable hook. The weight of the heavy hammer can be adjusted by adding or removing lead particles inside the body.
(3) The steel ball at the end of the impact rod is 8mm.
(4) The depth of inserting the impact rod into the concave hole of the pillow block is 2 millimeters.
(5) The curvature radius of the edge of the pillow block is 2.5-3.0 millimeters, and the diameter of the concave hole is 15 millimeters.
(6) The net weight of the instrument is 11 kilograms (0-50); 14 kilograms (0-100).
(7) The total weight after packing is 20 kilograms (0-50); 23 kilograms (0-100).
(8) The external dimensions of the instrument are 250 × 140 × 830mm (0-50); 250 × 140 × 1330mm (0-100).

Usage:
(1) Inspection and adjustment before use:
Check if the center of the impact rod is aligned with the center of the concave hole * of the cushion block. If there is a deviation, adjust the hexagonal screw 13 on the tightening nut 14 of the impact block
Check if the positioning mark is aligned with the zero line. Lower the heavy hammer and observe if the engraved line on the positioning mark coincides with the zero line. If there is a deviation, adjust the screws on both sides of positioning mark 6.
(2) Instructions for use:
① Prepare samples according to the product standards.
② Place the prepared sample on the cushion block 3 tightly against the concave hole of the cushion block, with the paint film facing upwards, and ensure that the impact point is not less than 15 millimeters away from the edge of the sample or in the middle of the sample. If a template is used for multiple tests, the distance between the edges of each impact point should be no less than 15 millimeters.
③ According to the product standards, fix the height with the controller screw ②, press the control screw ⑥, and the heavy hammer will fall freely on the punch rod 4. The punch rod will transmit the impact force to the cushion block.
Lift the heavy hammer, and the hook on the hammer will be automatically hung by the controller. Take out the sample and observe it with a four fold magnifying glass or visual inspection (if the standard allows visual inspection). When there are no cracks, wrinkles, or peeling in the paint film, increase the height of the hammer drop and continue to measure the impact strength of the paint film until it is damaged or can withstand a hammer impact from a height of 50 centimeters.
Each experiment should be conducted on a new part of the template. According to the degree of adhesion of the paint film, increase the height of the heavy hammer by 2-10 centimeters during each repeated test.
④ The impact strength of the paint film is expressed in centimeters as the large height at which a 1kg hammer can impact the paint film without causing damage.
If the impact strength of the paint film is specified in the product standard, the heavy hammer can be dropped directly from the specified height during the test.
When appropriately specified in product standards, the anti impact method can be used to test special paint films. At this time, the painted surface of the sample should be placed downwards on the cushion block for testing.
⑤ The difference between the two measurements should be within ± 1 centimeter.
⑥ Conduct the test under the conditions of an air temperature of 25 ± 1 ° C and a relative temperature below 70%.
