1、 Overview of Split CIP Cleaning
Split CIP cleaning refers to the use of a split structure for cleaning the system's tanks. The system can perform separate processes such as acid washing, alkali washing, and hot water flushing, and can also develop specific cleaning programs for fully automatic cleaning as needed; Not only can it effectively clean the equipment, but it can also control the growth of microorganisms; At the same time, semi-automatic and fully automatic control systems can be configured according to customer requirements. The acid in acid-base detergents refers to a 1% -2% nitric acid solution, while the alkali refers to a 1% -3% sodium hydroxide solution used at 65 ℃ -80 ℃. Therefore, acid and alkali tanks are generally made of stainless steel SUS316L material, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. CIP cleaning system can ensure a certain cleaning effect and improve product safety; Save operation time and improve efficiency; Save labor and ensure operational safety; Save energy such as water and steam, and reduce the amount of detergent used; Production equipment can achieve large-scale and high automation level; Extend the service life of production equipment.
2、 Characteristics of Split CIP Cleaning
The heating of the split type CIP cleaning solution is an automatic heating method. The cleaning temperature is set by a temperature controller, and the opening amount of the steam regulating valve is controlled to limit the amount of steam and maintain the cleaning solution at the desired temperature, that is, constant temperature control is performed; The high and low liquid levels in each tank of the CIP station are automatically alarmed and indicated; When the concentration of the cleaning solution cannot reach the cleaning concentration, a pneumatic diaphragm pump is used to add concentrated acid and alkali; The transportation of CIP solution during the cleaning process is carried out manually by operating the corresponding pipeline valves; Manually replenish water when there is a shortage of water in the tank.
Concentrated alkali solution is carried out in concentrated acid and concentrated alkali tanks; The liquid level in the tank is automatically controlled and equipped with an overflow protection system; The unique discharge port structure can prevent the crystallization of cleaning solution from blocking the pipeline.
Compared with integrated CIP cleaning, it greatly reduces cleaning time and improves work efficiency; The use of cleaning agents and water will be more scientific and reasonable; At the same time, the steam consumption is relatively small, which can achieve the goal of rational utilization of energy; Therefore, it effectively reduces the cleaning cost.
Automatic control of cleaning solution heating makes it easier to control the cleaning temperature at the temperature required by the process; The use of a diaphragm pump to add concentrated acid and alkali increases operational safety; Temperature self-control and high and low liquid level alarms have reduced production costs.
However, the split type CIP cleaning system requires relatively high capital investment and high demands on operators and maintenance workers. Due to accurate temperature control, safe operation, and reduced production costs, the investment cost is not very high, making it a good choice for domestic food enterprises of all sizes.
