1. Ultra high throughput detection:SomaScan Assay PlatformIt can detect over 7000 types of proteins (up to 11K) at once, covering about one-third of the protein types in the human body, greatly improving the efficiency and breadth of proteomic research, with a sample size of only 55 μ L.

2. Detection sensitivity: The detection sensitivity of this technology is as high as 10 ^ -13 molar concentrations, which can accurately detect extremely low concentrations of proteins, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of research data.

The core principle of SomaScan Assay is based on excellent nucleic acid aptamer technology (SOMAmer Reagents). By chemically synthesizing SOMAmer reagents, target proteins can be specifically captured. SOMAmer reagent carries fluorescent groups and achieves relative quantification of proteins on the chip by detecting fluorescent signals.
