Details

SnowVUE™10Generate sound wave pulses using broadband ultrasonic sensors. And the sound pulse reflected by the snow surface. By measuring the bidirectional transmission time of sound wave pulses, advanced spectral analysis is used to accurately calculate the distance from the sensor to the snow surface.

Due to the influence of air temperature on the speed of sound through air, precise air temperature measurement is required to correct measurement errors.
