4、 Operation Guide

1. Preparation work

• Check if the power cord is damaged and if the plug is intact

• Ensure that the air inlet is unobstructed (surrounding ≥ 30cm) and there are no obstacles ≥ 50cm in front of the air outlet

• Confirm that the voltage meets the requirements (220V/50Hz)

2. Startup steps

1. Insert the power cord into a standard 220V socket

2. Press the power switch (located on the right side of the control panel), and the indicator light will turn on

3. Short press the 'Settings' button to enter temperature setting, and adjust the target temperature using the' ↑ '' ↓ 'buttons (it is recommended to gradually adjust from low to high)

4. Press the 'Settings' button again to confirm, and the device will start heating up

5. When the temperature reaches the set value, the heating element automatically enters a constant temperature state

3. Air volume regulation

• Rotate the air volume adjustment knob (located on the left side of the control panel) to increase the air volume clockwise and decrease it counterclockwise

• Suggest selecting appropriate air volume based on the application scenario:

• Dry scenario: medium to high air volume (70-100%)

• Precision heating: low to medium air volume (30-70%)

• Heat shrink application: Medium air volume (50%)

4. Shutdown steps

1. Adjust the temperature setting to low (25 ℃) and wait for 3-5 minutes for the equipment to pre cool

5、 Safety precautions

1. Use safely

• It is strictly prohibited to use in flammable and explosive environments

• The temperature at the air outlet is high (650 ℃), and touching or aiming at the human body or flammable materials is prohibited

• Good ventilation must be maintained during use

2. Operating Specifications

• Power on sequence: Plug in the power first, turn on the power switch, and set the temperature

• Shutdown sequence: Cool down first, turn off the power switch, and unplug the power

• Do not directly unplug the power plug while in a heated state

3. Maintain safety

• It is strictly prohibited to open the casing of the equipment during operation

• Cleaning or maintenance must be carried out after power off and cooling down (wait at least 30 minutes)

1. Open the air inlet cover and clean the accumulated dust inside
