Explosion proof high-pressure vortex fan is a special fan designed for flammable and explosive environments. It adopts explosion-proof motor and special sealing structure, and can operate safely in places with explosive gas mixtures. Compared to ordinary fans, it can maintain high air pressure (up to 650mbar) and large air volume while ensuring that it does not become a detonation source, and is widely used in high-risk industries such as chemical, coal mining, and pharmaceuticals.
Explosion proof high-pressure vortex fanCore Features:
Explosion proof level: DIIBT4/DIICT4, protection level IP55, insulation level F
Material: Aluminum alloy die-casting shell, lightweight (15-100kg), good heat dissipation
Oil free operation: clean output air, suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries
Dual use of blowing and suction: One machine with multiple functions and flexible applications

The motor drives the impeller to rotate at high speed (2800-3500rpm), and gas enters from the inlet:
The impeller blades push the gas to form a spiral motion, generating centrifugal force
The gas is squeezed into the side groove, and after the pressure rises, it returns to the impeller to accelerate again
After multi-stage pressurization, it is finally discharged from the air outlet, forming a high-pressure airflow
power range:0.75kW-30kW, Common specifications: 1.5kW, 3kW, 5.5kW, 7.5kW, 11kWpressure range: 50mbar-650mbar (approximately 0.5-6.5kPa)Airflow range:40-1134m³/hrotation speed:2800-3500rpmOperating Temperature-10 ℃~+50 ℃ (standard type), high temperature type can reach 260 ℃
Explosion proof grade identification:Ex d IIB T4

T4Temperature group, surface high temperature ≤ 135 ℃
Gas group selection:
IIA level: Propane and other generally flammable and explosive gases
IIB level: Hazardous gases such as ethylene
IIC level: The most dangerous gases such as hydrogen (DIICT4 should be selected)

Types of hazardous gasesDetermine the category of explosive gases/dust present in the location (such as hydrogen gas at level IIC)
environmental conditionsTemperature (-10 ℃~+50 ℃), humidity (<85%), dust concentration
