Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor, moves according to the principle of friction transmission. Belt conveyor is mainly composed of belt, transmission drum, tensioning device, roller frame, and transmission device.
After winding the tape around the rollers at both ends, use tape clips or vulcanization methods to connect the two ends together to form a closed-loop structure. The tape is supported by upper and lower rollers, and is tightened by a tensioning device with a certain tension. When the active drum is driven by the electric motor to rotate, it continuously runs with the tape by the frictional force between the active drum and the tape, thereby unloading the cargo loaded on the tape from the unloading drum 2.
