1. The belt conveyor should be started with no load. Wait until the work is normal before feeding. Stop feeding before driving.

2. Fixed conveyors should be installed on a fixed foundation according to the prescribed equipment methods. Before the official operation of the mobile conveyor, the wheels should be wedged with triangular wooden wedges or braked with brakes. To avoid movement during work, when multiple conveyors are operating in parallel, there should be a one meter passage between machines and between machines and walls.

3. Before using the conveyor, it is necessary to check whether the working parts, tape buckles, and load-bearing equipment are normal, and whether the protective equipment is complete. The tension of the tape must be adjusted to an appropriate level before starting.

4. Stop pedestrians or passengers on the conveyor belt.

5. When the rare conveyor is operated in series, it should be started in sequence from the discharge end. Only after everything is working properly can the material be fed in.

6. When there is a phenomenon of tape deviation during operation, the vehicle should be parked and adjusted, and the use should not be forced to avoid wear on the edges and adding load.

7. The working environment and the temperature of the delivered materials shall not exceed 50 ℃ and shall not be lower than -10 ℃.

8. When the belt of the belt conveyor slips, it is forbidden to pull the belt by hand to avoid accidents.

9. It is necessary to stop feeding before parking, and only park after all the materials stored on the belt have been unloaded.

10. Conveyor motors require excellent insulation. Do not pull or drag the cables of the mobile conveyor randomly. The electric motor should be firmly grounded.
