Light belt conveyor

The belt conveyor mainly consists of a braking device, a driving device, a supporting part, a tensioning device, a reversing device, a cleaning device, a loading device, a unloading device, and adhesive tape.
1. Braking device
The braking device mainly refers to the brake and backstop. Mainly used to prevent reverse rotation when the tape machine is stopped under load. Causing material leakage (which can lead to tape breakage or mechanical damage in severe cases), usually when the inclination angle of the tape machine exceeds 4 '-6'. A braking device must be installed.
2. Drive device
The driving device is a device that transmits the torque of the electric motor to the belt, causing the belt to move continuously. It consists of an electric motor, a transmission drum, a coupling, a reducer, etc. With the improvement of transportation capacity and the extension of transportation distance of mining belt conveyors, the power of electric motors is constantly increasing, and the transmission of multiple electric motors is also gradually increasing. Using multiple electric motors for transmission can reduce the height and width of the transmission device.
3. Supporting device
The main function of the support device refers to a series of equipment that carries adhesive tape, materials, and completes the conveying operation. The support device of the adhesive tape machine mainly consists of an upper tip shaped roller, a lower flat roller, an adjusting roller, a buffering roller, and a frame.
4. Tensioning device
The function of the tensioning device is to ensure that the tape has sufficient tension, generate necessary friction between the drum and the tape, limit the verticality of the tape between each bracket, and enable the belt conveyor to work normally. The commonly used tensioning devices include mechanical tensioning, screw tensioning, and heavy hammer tensioning.
5. Cleaning device
When the cleaning device belt conveyor is running, it is very important to clean the dirt on the belt, drum, and idler, as the dirt can cause the belt to deviate and the running parts to wear severely. Usually, a scraper cleaner is installed behind the unloading drum to clean the dirty surface of the belt. Another method is to install a rotary brush at the bottom of the unloading drum for cleaning.
6. Reversing device
The reversing device mainly consists of a reversing drum, a special bracket, and a pressure wheel.
