Product Details

Belt conveyor, also known as belt conveyor or belt conveyor, is an indispensable economical logistics conveying equipment for forming a rhythmic flow production line. Belt conveyors can be divided into heavy-duty belt conveyors such as mining belt conveyors, and light-duty belt conveyors such as those used in electronic plastics, food and light industry, chemical and pharmaceutical industries according to their conveying capacity. Belt conveyors have strong conveying capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy maintenance, and can conveniently implement programmed control and automated operation.

Firstly, when the spiral or hydraulic tensioning belt conveyor slips, the tensioning stroke can be adjusted to increase the tensioning force. However, sometimes the tension stroke is insufficient and the belt undergoes permanent deformation. In this case, a section of the belt can be cut off and re vulcanized

Secondly, when using nylon tape or EP, a longer tensioning stroke is required. When the stroke is insufficient, it can be re vulcanized or the tensioning stroke can be increased to solve the problem.
There are various reasons for deviation, and it needs to be handled differently according to different reasons.

Thirdly, the use of a heavy hammer tensioning device for belt conveyors can solve the problem of belt slippage by adding a counterweight when the belt slips, until the belt no longer slips. But it should not be added too much, so as not to subject the belt to unnecessary excessive tension and reduce its service life.
