Medium: hot water, temperature: less than 100 degrees, pressure: less than 0.6mpa. Considering long-term use, there will definitely be scaling inside the flowmeter
Analysis: 1. If there is a possibility of scaling in the on-site process, it indicates that the conductivity is still acceptable. Electromagnetic can be selected for DN400 and below; It is recommended to use orifice plates with a diameter of ≥ 400. Scaling can be removed regularly by acid washing, and the price is relatively low.
2. Plug in or vortex flow meters are subject to scaling effects, and their operating cycles may be shorter and difficult to handle.
