The DS-WDRD radar level gauge adopts imported circuit boards and wiring terminals, uses high-definition LCD display film, selects high-quality stainless steel radar horn mouth, and can be equipped with anti shake 316L metal fixing bracket and matching flange installation. The workmanship is fine, the quality is *, and the precise measurement of water, oil, gas, fixed and other level values in the sealed tank. It is a level measuring instrument based on the time travel principle produced by our company. Radar waves run at the speed of light, and the running time can be converted into level signals through electronic components. Probe out a pulse signal, and when the pulse encounters the surface of the material, it is reflected back and received by the receiver inside the instrument, which converts the distance signal into a level signal. Therefore, radar level gauges can be used for level measurement in complex environments such as reaction vessels and solid material silos.

Intelligent radar level gauges are divided into high-frequency radar level gauges and low-frequency radar level gauges, including guided wave radar level gauges (contact type) and horn mouth radar level gauges (non-contact type). 1、 Characteristics of radar level gauge:

·High signal-to-noise ratio, even in fluctuating conditions, can achieve better performance

③ Universal capacitive level gauge

Implemented a simple operation for calibrating the capacitive level gauge with a single feed; Thus, the strong functionality and easy operation of level measurement have been achieved, fully reflecting our company's innovative spirit and ability to keep up with the times. It consists of two parts: sensors and secondary instruments. The sensor is placed on the top of the silo, the probe extends vertically into the silo, and the secondary instrument is placed in another suitable location. Sensors convert changes in material level into corresponding electrical pulse signals, which are remotely transmitted to secondary instruments for processing. The height of the material level is then displayed using a light column, with high/low limit alarms and 4-20mA transmission outputs. It is suitable for displaying, alarming, controlling, and remotely transmitting the height of liquid/solid materials or forming a system.
