Small belt conveyor

The layout of belt conveyor curves is usually achieved through three methods: series overlap, forced direction change, and natural direction change.

1. Connect and overlap in series. It is a conveyor that runs in multiple straight lines to achieve overlap by varying the spatial positions at the joints. The upper conveyor belt unloads the material onto the lower conveyor belt.

2. Force steering. Forced turning is the use of specific methods to force the conveyor belt to run along a given route. Forced steering is usually achieved through methods such as line friction drive, air cushion turning devices, and specialized conveyor belts with special structures, such as circular tube belt conveyors.

3. Natural turning. Natural turning belt conveyor allows the conveyor belt to turn on its own without compulsory measures, which can significantly reduce the wear and tear of the conveyor belt, greatly improve the service life of the conveyor belt, reduce the overall cost and maintenance costs of the conveyor, and also improve its environmental friendliness.

Due to the large amount of dust generated during the transfer of overlapped belt conveyors, which causes significant environmental pollution, natural turning belt conveyors are now very popular in modern engineering.
