Overview
The RAM700 miniature Raman spectrometer is highly integrated with a laser, spectroscopic and filtering system, a spectral acquisition system, and a highly optimized Raman light coupling efficiency. The acquisition circuit is designed with low-noise circuits and uses near-infrared enhanced sensors, making it highly sensitive to Raman spectroscopy response and suitable for research on Raman spectroscopy principles and applications in universities, scientific research institutions, and enterprises.

This product is highly integrated, compact in size, with TTL interface and UART communication interface. It can be integrated into systems and devices that require Raman spectroscopy collection, and is easy to use and store; Fast and non-destructive signal acquisition can be performed on samples in different states such as solid, powder, and liquid. Hardware connection:
1. Connect a 5V DC power supply with a supply current greater than 2A, positive inside and negative outside. When the laser power is low, USB power can also be supplied separately. The output current of the host USB must be greater than or equal to 1A (according to the blue USB 3.0 standard);
2. Connect the USB cable to the computer;
3. Open the software, select the corresponding port number (if no port number is displayed, it may be due to the driver not being installed successfully, and some old systems may appear. You can click here to download and install the Win7 version driver), open the device, and after the device is connected, it will actively read the configuration data of the spectrometer and display hardware information, version number, serial number, etc. in the lower left corner of the software;
4. LineCCDView laser control: The right side analog voltage input controls the laser power, the 14P pin option box controls the laser switch, and IMSpectralSuite can directly control the laser power and switch on the laser control panel in the upper left corner.
