This product is the SMC MY1B series mechanical joint rodless cylinder independently produced by our company, which replicates the core technology and specifications of SMC's original MY1B series. It is the basic product of mechanical joint rodless cylinder, focusing on compactness, efficiency, and multi scenario adaptation. The cylinder diameter specifications include 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm, and the stroke can be adjusted from 100mm to 5000mm every 1mm to meet different long stroke requirements. The product adopts an integrated sliding table and piston through full stroke design, with an inner sealing belt for pressure protection and an outer dust-proof belt for anti fouling. It is compact in size, low profile, and saves installation space; The piping optimization is in 4 directions, which can be changed on site as needed. 1. Overall structural composition

The core structure of MY1B rodless cylinder includes six major components: a long aluminum alloy cylinder barrel, a double-layer sealing belt, a piston assembly, a mechanical connection frame, an external load-bearing slide table, and a buffer component. The aluminum alloy cylinder barrel is equipped with a long strip of motion opening, which relies on a built-in metal connecting claw to penetrate the sealing belt, rigidly locking the internal piston and external sliding table to achieve integrated linkage; The double-layer sealing tape is responsible for internal air pressure sealing and external environmental dust prevention, ensuring the continuous and stable operation of the equipment.

2. Operating principle

The product is powered by compressed air and achieves linear reciprocating motion through air path reversal: compressed air enters from one end of the cylinder through an air port and exits from the other end, creating a pressure difference inside the cylinder and pushing the piston to slide axially; The piston drives the external load-bearing slide table to move synchronously without any gap through a rigid mechanical connection structure; Switching the direction of the gas path can complete the return reset.

1. Selection criteria

The selection requires comprehensive calculation of load mass, static torque, and impact torque. The total load rate should be ≤ 1, and the recommended optimal load rate should be ≤ 0.5; The buffering capacity needs to be carefully checked for vertical and downward operating conditions.
