In environments with high levels of dust and oil pollution, it is essential to keep the outer dust-proof tape and install an external dust-proof cover if necessary.

Long stroke and eccentric loads must be supported by external linear guides, otherwise it will accelerate seal wear and jamming.

Long term high-frequency use (8-hour mass production): It is recommended to inspect and replace the seals every 6-12 months.
If there is air leakage, speed attenuation, or crawling lag, priority should be given to replacing the sealing tape components.
Replacement does not require disassembling the cylinder as a whole, and the end caps at both ends can be replaced separately, making maintenance simple.
