The cylinder diameter specifications include 18mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm, and the stroke can be customized according to needs to meet the long and short stroke requirements of different scenarios. The product adopts a double-layer sealing design, with an inner pressure resistant sealing tape to ensure stable air pressure inside the cylinder, and an outer dust-proof sealing tape to block dust and iron filings from entering, effectively extending the service life; The cylinder body has high machining accuracy, smooth operation, uniform speed, and can achieve precise positioning and efficient transmission. Installation environment

Installation method and force requirements

    Long stroke and eccentric loads must be supported by external linear guides, otherwise it will accelerate seal wear and jamming.

  • 2. Supports various installations for horizontal, vertical, and side wall mounting. The fixing bolts need to be evenly locked diagonally to avoid deformation of the cylinder.

  • The center of gravity of the sliding table load should be centered to avoid unilateral force and ensure coaxial operation.



Installation of pipelines and gas sources

Buffer and limit installation

Daily maintenance and upkeep

1. Regular inspections (1-2 times a month)

  • Appearance: Check whether the dust-proof tape and sealing tape are damaged, cracked, or detached.

  • Leakage: Check for leaks at the end caps, piping ports, and sealing tape locations.

  • Operation: Check for any lag, abnormal noise, or shaking during the movement of the slide table.

  • Fasteners: Check for loose installation bolts and load connectors.


2. Regular maintenance (monthly/quarterly)

  • Clean the surface dust, iron filings, and oil stains of the cylinder block,Prohibit direct flushing with high-pressure water guns.

  • Regularly drain and replace the filter element of the air source triple component to ensure the cleanliness of the air source.

  • Special pneumatic grease can be added in small amounts to low-speed moving parts, and excessive oil injection is prohibited.



3. Replacement of vulnerable parts

Core vulnerable parts:Internal sealing tape, outer dust-proof tape, piston sealing ring
  • Long term high-frequency use (8-hour mass production): It is recommended to inspect and replace the seals every 6-12 months.

  • If there is air leakage, speed attenuation, or crawling lag, priority should be given to replacing the sealing tape components.

  • Replacement does not require disassembling the cylinder as a whole, and the end caps at both ends can be replaced separately, making maintenance simple.
