This product is the FESTO Festo DGPL series rodless cylinder independently produced by our company, focusing on high-precision and low-noise drive requirements. It replicates the core structure and performance of the Festo DGPL series and can directly replace the original product, adapting to the original Festo equipment system. The cylinder diameter specifications cover 18mm, 25mm, 32mm, and 40mm, adopting a lightweight design. The cylinder body material is made of high-strength aluminum alloy, which is lightweight, rigid, easy to install and transport, and reduces the overall load of the equipment. The product is equipped with a precision guiding structure, which has excellent resistance to eccentric loads. There is no jamming or shaking during operation, and the positioning accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm, meeting the requirements of high-precision operations; Upgraded sealing performance, low air leakage rate, lubrication free design, reducing maintenance costs. Reciprocating SMC rodless cylinderProduced independently by the manufacturer, WAN Mei can replace imported products of the same type. This series of cylinder diameter specifications covers a comprehensive range, from diameter 10 to diameter 100, supporting ultra long strokes of 100mm to 5000mm, and can be precisely adjusted by 1mm to adapt to various non-standard working conditions of automation equipment. The product has excellent low-pressure starting performance, with stable operation at a ZUI of 0.10-0.15MPa and strong adaptability to the gas source. The operating speed is flexible and adjustable, with standard air buffer and optional external hydraulic buffer, balancing smoothness and efficient operation. The maximum operating speed can reach 1500mm/s.
