1. Reaction tube with stirring function

The customized reaction tube can be divided into two sections, with a rotating sealed magnetic fluid connection hollow stirring rod on the upper part, a sintering filter element installed in the middle, and an adjustable slide rail on the lower part.

2. Open type heating furnace

The vertical single temperature zone heating furnace uses lightweight alumina fiber material, K-type thermocouple temperature measurement, and high-quality resistance wire as the heating element, with a uniform internal temperature field.

3. Multi channel gas supply system

Equipped with 2 mass flow meters and 2 float flow meters. It can accurately control the flow rate of each reaction gas.

4. Intelligent industrial control operating system

Intelligent PID fuzzy control, 30 stage controllable program temperature control, temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, with functions such as breaking couples, overheating, and alarm. Paperless recording equipment operation process data, can be connected to a computer for one click data export.
