2. Vacuum cold well

Vacuum compartment cold well, easy to disassemble and clean, can be connected to low-temperature condensate water for gas cooling treatment

3. High vacuum unit

Integrated structure high vacuum unit, equipped with imported front-end pump and molecular pump, with high vacuum degree. Equipped with one mass flow meter, it can be used for nitrogen gas breakthrough.
