Overview
The double suction pump system is a horizontal split centrifugal pump, while the single-stage double suction split centrifugal pump is mainly used to transport clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water at a temperature not exceeding 105 ℃. Suitable for conveying liquids in water plants, pump stations, power stations, air conditioning circulating water, heating hot water circulation, industrial water supply systems, fire protection systems, ships, oil refining industry (general liquids) and other occasions.

1、 Structural characteristics of single-stage double suction open pump:

2. The double suction impeller with smooth operation and optimized design reduces axial force to a low limit, and has excellent hydraulic performance. The blade profile is precision cast, and the inner surface of the pump casing and impeller surface are extremely bright, with significant anti cavitation performance and high efficiency. The self-priming pump truck is a mobile pump truck.
3. SKF and NSK bearings are selected to ensure smooth operation, low noise, and long service life.
4. Use BURGMANN mechanical seal or packing seal for the shaft seal. Can ensure 8000 hours of operation without leakage.
5. The installation form does not need to be adjusted during assembly, and can be adjusted according to the on-site usage conditions. Separate or horizontal installation.
6. Installing a self-priming device can achieve automatic water suction, which means there is no need to install a bottom valve, vacuum pump, or backflow, and the pump can be started.
2、 Single stage double suction open volute centrifugal pumpWorking conditions:
1. The allowable working pressure is 2.5MPa; The pump inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 2.5MPa. According to the maximum pressure that the pump casing can withstand, the materials for the pump body and cover are gray cast iron (1.6MPa), ductile iron (2.0MPa), and cast steel (2.5MPa). Please indicate the pressure condition or material of the pump when placing an order.
2. Medium: Water with a temperature ≤ 105 ℃ or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water (solid particles ≤ 80mg/L).
