1. The ambient temperature is ≤ 50 ℃, and the medium temperature is ≤ 80 ℃. Special requirements can reach up to 200 ℃.

2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.

1. Before installation, check whether the fasteners of the unit are loose and whether there are foreign objects blocking the flow channel of the pump body to avoid damaging the impeller and pump body during the operation of the electric pump.

2. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation, and there should be separate support bodies to avoid affecting the operating performance and service life when the pump deforms.

3. When a pump is used to transport hot water or other high-temperature liquids, in order to prevent the pump from being subjected to thermal deformation of the pipeline, the pump may not be fixed with foot bolts. When the pipeline system expands and contracts due to heat, the pump and pipeline can move simultaneously.

4. For the convenience and safety of maintenance and use, a regulating valve should be installed on each inlet and outlet pipeline of the pump, and a pressure gauge should be installed near each inlet and outlet of the pump to ensure that the pump operates within the rated range and ensures its normal operation and service life.

(1)Start up and operation:

1Check if there is any jamming or abnormal noise when manually turning the motor fan blades before starting.

2Open the water inlet valve above and add at least two-thirds of the pump body's capacity of stored liquid water, then close the valve. In the future, there will be no need to inject water when starting up.

3Connect the power and try turning it on. From the motor end, it turns clockwise. (Reverse is strictly prohibited)

4Before starting, the outlet valve should be opened to eliminate the air in the inlet pipeline. After startingGradually adjust the opening of the outlet valve to ensure that the pump operates within the rated performance range as much as possible.

5If any abnormalities are found during the operation of the pump, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

6Check if the motor current value and temperature rise meet the required range.

(II)parking

1Close the valve of the pump output pipeline. 2. Cut off the power and stop the motor from running. 3. Close the inlet valve.

4When the pump is not in use for a long time, the storage liquid should be drained, and when used in cold weather at freezing point, the storage liquid should also be drained to prevent the pump body from freezing and cracking.
