Shangyu side wall fanThe aerodynamic experimental results of the advanced forward swept impeller and forward swept blades are optimized. The blade gradually cuts into the air, and the blade curve is smooth and streamlined. When it separates from the air, the inclination angle of the outer edge of the blade reduces the turbulence, thereby maximizing the exhaust volume while ensuring low noise. Adequate stress analysis was conducted during the design process, and reinforcement bars were used to reduce the amplitude at the end of the blades, preventing deformation and fracture of the blades. The low-noise external or internal rotor fan is directly connected to the professional fan motor, effectively reducing the impact of noise on the surrounding environment. The square shell design is convenient for installation on concrete walls, brick walls, or light steel pressed walls, and the square rain cover structure is sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. It has the characteristics of low noise, large air volume, reliable operation, wide range of performance parameters, and easy installation. The lubrication free external rotor motor has stable and reliable performance, reduces transmission losses, and lowers machine weight. Due to the direct placement of the motor within the airflow, it ensures good heat dissipation and extends the lifespan of the motor.
The protection level is IP54, the insulation level is F, and the thermal insulation level is B. The motor should be located within the airflow and can be cooled down to prevent short circuits caused by high motor temperature. The aluminum label has clear and recognizable fan numbers, models, product names, rotation directions, airflow directions, etc., which can ensure that customers can easily check the production date and historical records of accessories, providing conditions for maintenance and repair

Installation of fan:

It is recommended to reserve installation holes according to the recommended "side wall hole size" in the sample. After embedding the fan, fill the gap between the fan and the wall with foaming agent for leveling and waterproofing.
B pressed color steel plate wall:
It is recommended to set up two beams and columns at the opening location according to the opening size, embed a fan between them, and fill the gap between the fan and the wall with foaming agent for leveling and waterproofing. Triangular support or screw lifting can also be used according to the actual situation.
Shangyu side wall fanGenerally used for side wall exhaust, equipped with a 45 ° rain cover (or specially manufactured to 60 °) and insect proof net (can prevent insects from flying into the workshop through lights at night). The side wall air supply fan model can be made as needed as WSPD (WSP), equipped with a 90 ° rain cover (to prevent wind, rain, and dust) and insect proof net (to prevent insects from flying into the workshop through lights at night).
