Structure and characteristics:
The basic structural type is that the inlet and outlet are on the same axis (i.e. horizontal inlet and outlet), the impeller hub is a conical cylinder, and the blades have unequal width shapes along the flow direction. There are three types of cylindrical shapes: straight cylindrical, drum shaped, and imported with curved mufflers, which provide scientific basis for the full transmission of air volume and pressure.
According to the principle of meridian acceleration of airflow, fans have dual characteristics of centrifugal and axial flow, with high pressure and large flow rate, as well as advantages such as high efficiency, low noise, and wide high-efficiency zone, which can effectively meet user requirements.

Fan usage, maintenance, and upkeep
1. Maintenance and upkeep.
A、 Before installation, carefully check whether the fan blades and casing are damaged or deformed due to transportation, otherwise they should be repaired before installation; B、 Check if the blades and air ducts have collided with the shell due to loose connecting screws. If the gap between the blades and air ducts is uneven, it should be adjusted before installation; C、 Before starting the fan, the first thing to check is whether there are any objects inside the fan and pipeline that hinder rotation; D、 Check whether the insulation performance of the motor is good, and after connecting the power, check for friction, collision, and abnormal vibration; E、 In normal operation, if the following situations occur, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection: 1. The temperature rise of the motor exceeds 70 degrees Celsius; 2. Electric Changbai Smoke; 3. Strong vibration or loud magnetic noise occurs.
2. Analysis of common faults in fans: There are many reasons for fan vibration, which can be checked from the following aspects:
A、 The impeller rubs against the air duct and produces abnormal sounds and vibrations; B、 The bracket foot bolts are not tightened, which can also cause significant vibration; C、 The impeller vibrates due to compression deformation or bolt loosening during transportation; D、 Loose connection screws between the blade and the shaft sleeve or bending deformation of the main shaft, as well as loose connection screws between the bracket and the motor, can cause blade imbalance and bearing damage, resulting in severe vibration.
3. The motor is overheating. If the motor temperature rises too high after running at room temperature for a period of time, it may be caused by the following reasons:
A、 The motor bearings are damaged, and the fit clearance is small, which does not meet the requirements; B、 The installation of the shaft and bearings is skewed, and the two bearings have different axial degrees; C、 Excessive resistance and motor overload operation; D、 The power supply voltage is too low or the three-phase motor is running in phase loss.
