Self production automated ultrasonic immersion C-scan detection system $r $n Description: $r $n Immersion detection is a testing method in which the test object and transducer are immersed in a liquid (usually water) as a coupling medium. The probe usually does not come into contact with the sample. $r $n sink: a device that executes testing programs, typically consisting of multi axis controls; Some or all of them are automatically read by motors and encoders to determine the actual probe position. Positioning accuracy and clearance are provided within a range of better than 0.1 mm.

We can customize water immersion detection systems of different sizes according to your needs. Small workpieces can be immersed in water as a whole, while large workpieces that are not convenient to place in the sink can be customized with a spray type water immersion system.
