Turbine flowmeter: The accuracy is generally ± 1.5% to ± 3%, which is greatly affected by factors such as liquid viscosity, density, particle size, and flow rate fluctuations.

Electromagnetic flowmeter: High accuracy, up to ± 0.5% to ± 1%. Its measurement range is wide and can meet the needs of various occasions.

Turbine flowmeter: The cost is relatively low, and for certain specific application scenarios, such as low flow and low pressure situations, turbine flowmeter can replace higher cost measuring instruments. But it is sensitive to the physical properties of liquids and requires a relatively stable fluid environment to ensure measurement accuracy.

Electromagnetic flowmeter: characterized by high precision and long lifespan. Its measurement range is wide, and it can accurately measure from very low flow rates to very high flow rates. At the same time, the installation direction of electromagnetic flow meters is flexible and can be installed horizontally, vertically, or obliquely. In addition, modern electromagnetic flow meters are usually equipped with intelligent diagnostic functions, which improve the convenience and reliability of use.

5、 Installation and after-sales service of micro liquid flowmeter:

Turbine flowmeter: When installing, it is necessary to choose a straight pipe section away from the pump and valve to ensure the stability of the fluid. Due to its inclusion of rotating components, more frequent maintenance may be required to ensure measurement accuracy and service life.

Electromagnetic flowmeter: easy to install, generally using flange connection. Due to the lack of mechanical movable parts in its measuring section, the requirements for installation position are relatively low and maintenance is relatively simple.
