Product Usage

This instrument is suitable for rapid constant temperature curing methods of ordinary cement, Portland cement, slag cement, volcanic ash cement, fly ash cement, etc. in cement plant construction and scientific research units. It can be used inMeasure the compressive and flexural test results of 3-day, 7-day, and 23 day age periods within 24 hours (users can determine the predicted number of days based on specific circumstances) to shorten the cement inspection cycle, accelerate cement production and time.

Technical parameters:

1Temperature control range:10-100℃

2Electric heating tube parameters:1000W/220V

3Hot water temperature approximatelyHeating up to 100 ℃ in 12 hours is equivalent to 2 hours

4The power consumption for one quick experiment is about20 degrees

6Working dimensions inside the box (can hold three sets of test molds)550×350×200

Instrument structure:

1. Maintenance box

The inner box is made of welded alloy aluminum plates, and the outer box is made of welded steel plates. The box is sealed with a water seal groove to prevent steam leakage, and the surface is painted.

The insulation layer adopts a new material perlite

There is a water tank at the bottomputwater valve

Place a grate inward

2. Electrical part

Constant temperature automatic controller

U-shaped 1000W/220V electric heating tube

SY-84 typeCement rapid curing box

Usage:

1After the security inside the box is stable, first check whether the electrical components are damaged. Is the circuit in good contact.

2.The insulation performance of the shell and box of the constant temperature controller must be checked for abnormalities before heating and health preservation work can be carried out

3. Open the box and add water until the water level reaches the standard line (60mm from the standard line to the bottom of the box), which is about 30 kilograms.

4. After the sample is formed, it should be stored at room temperature for 7 hours, observed near the final gaze, and placed on the grate inside the box along with the testing instrument. (According to different cement plants, one should pay attention to observation and approach the final setting time).

Cover the box lid and adjust the temperature control to rotate to the desired position according to the different cement compositions of each factory.

5. Turning on the switch, the green light indicates that the temperature has started to rise, and the red light indicates that the constant temperature has started, that is, the maintenance work has started. Adjust the time to the required time.

6. Remove the test mold by draining water and place it at room temperature (it may not be waterproof temporarily if used for a short period of time).

7. When the specimen returns to room temperature, open the test mold and take out the specimen to conduct flexural and compressive tests.

8. After draining the box, it should be cleaned and kept clean.

According to the type of cement, constant temperature can be adoptedConduct 10-20 standard and rapid comparison experiments between 65-80 ℃ to determine the ratio or difference, and obtain the standard test results (corresponding to finding the appropriate temperature).
