1. Purpose

3、 Structure and working principle:

1Structure

The test chamber consists of a box body, temperature and time controllers, heating tube drain valves, water pumps, shelves, etc. The inner liner of the box is made of high-quality stainless steel plate, and the outer shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate stamped. The insulation layer is made of polyurethane foam as a whole. There is no water seal groove on the box, and there is no temperature sensor on the box cover, which has good anti-corrosion, rust prevention, insulation and temperature control functions.

2Working principle

This product adopts an intelligent temperature and time controller, which heats up to the lower limit temperature through a stainless steel heating tube and maintains a constant temperature difference. If the temperature is lower than the set value of the lower limit temperature, it will be heated. When the control time is reached, it will automatically stop working.

4、 Usage method

1After unpacking, check the outer shell and electrical appliances for any damage. Before use, use a hard block to lift the box, cut sand and place it under the electrical box, and adjust the level.

2Add clean water to the box, and the water level exceeds the shelf17-22cmAt the same time, consider increasing the volume of the alkali solution tank to prevent water from overflowing into the tank, reducing the proportion of alkali solution and affecting the quality of the test.

3Connect380≈ Stabilized power supply, using a three-phase four wire system with a neutral wire. If the working neutral wire is used, the box must have a reliable grounding and meet the relevant national safety electricity standards before it can be used.

4Check the factory temperature setting value: Temperature setting80℃, time setting:672If you need to modify the hour, please refer to the instrument setting method to reset it.

5Turn on the power switch, and the heating tube water pump starts working. When the temperature inside the box reaches the set value, the heating will automatically stop and switch to constant temperature. Place the test piece in the box and cover it with a lid. When the temperature inside the box is lower than the set value, it will automatically heat up. Repeat this process until the timer reaches the set value, and the power will be automatically cut off. The test is complete.

5、 Instrument setting method

6、 Precautions

1Each time the settings are adjusted and restarted, the timing needs to be restarted.

2The water level in the water tank should not be too low or too high. If the water level is too low, the dehydration of the alkali solution tank will affect the quality of the test. If the water level is too high, it will cause water to overflow into the tank and affect the concentration of alkali solution. Generally, the water level is lower than the tank30-50mm.

3The power supply must use a regulated power supply and effective grounding, and try to avoid sharing the same power supply with high-power equipment. If the instrument crashes, it must be separately wired from the distribution panel for use. The voltage of this device is380Vpower It must be connected to the box through a single use knife switch first. And it must be effectively grounded. When inserting and removing the test piece, the power must be cut off first to ensure safety.

4When checking the temperature inside the box, it should be checked during the second constant temperature. The thermometer must come into contact with water, otherwise the measured temperature is not the water temperature and is inconsistent with the internal temperature inside the box.

5Regularly clean the dirt inside the box and dry the water stains on the outer shell. After prolonged use, scale will form on the surface of the heating element, and users should clean it regularly to avoid affecting the heating effect.
