Five digit instantaneous flow+six digit instantaneous cumulative display
The SWP-LED series flow accumulation controller is suitable for flow accumulation measurement and control of various liquids, steam, natural gas, general gases, etc.
1、 Main features
1. The instantaneous flow display range has increased from 0-9999 to 0-9999, with a 5-digit display. In this way, the observability of the display is improved, meeting the needs of high flow measurement scenarios.
2. The instrument panel has added a set of LED status indicators. In measurements with temperature and pressure compensation, there are many display values to be monitored. Due to the limitation of only one set of LED digital displays, the instrument can only use time-sharing display, which often brings inconvenience to observation. To this end, we have added a set of LED light emitting diodes on the instrument panel as indicators of display value meanings. Each light emitting diode corresponds to a state to indicate the engineering meaning of the corresponding display value, making it convenient for users to observe.
3. Add automatic calculation function for flow compensation coefficient K.
In flow measurement, the calculation of coefficient K is crucial to the measurement results, and the calculation of K value involves decimals with excessively long digits or decimals. The operation requires square root and multiplication and division of multiple digits, which is often inconvenient for users. Instruments with automatic calculation function of flow compensation coefficient K solve this problem. As long as the correct constant is input by the instrument panel buttons according to the condition of the measured medium, the remaining calculation instruments will automatically complete and be stored in the corresponding memory, reducing the burden on users and avoiding human errors.
