Detecting the stability of proteins in the solution required for immune detection applications. The conjugate stabilizer maintains the activity of the enzyme (HRP or AP) and the antibody or antigen of the conjugate complex. This allows for the storage of bound proteins at lower usage concentrations to facilitate optimization in detection development and manufacturing processes. The SurModics StabilZyme ® The family provides long-term stability of protein conjugates that do not have a specific to specific ratio at work intensity concentrations. Our HRP conjugates, AP conjugates, and formulations for general protein applications ensure that the detection developer has a complete set of tools to address the unstable properties of each protein of interest. These reagents immediately improve detection performance and reagent manufacturability by maintaining protein activity and extending shelf life.

Retain excellent activity.Accelerated stability prediction indicates the use of StabilZyme ® HRP and StabilZyme ® Protein free stabilizers can retain at least 85% of their activity for more than 2 years.

The accelerated stability test uses horseradish peroxidase conjugates diluted in each stabilizer. An 81 day accelerated stability test is equivalent to more than 2 years of real-time stability.

Zhuoyue's real-time stability.Monoclonal IgG HRP conjugate displayed using StabilZyme ® HRP stabilizer retains over 90% activity, using StabilZyme ® SELECTS stabilizers retain over 75% of their activity.

The real-time stability test uses monoclonal IgG horseradish peroxidase conjugates diluted in each stabilizer and stored at room temperature for 2 years.

AP retains excellent activity. Accelerated stability prediction indicates the use of StabilZyme ® HRP and StabilZyme ® Protein free AP stabilizer can retain at least 85% activity for more than 2 years.

Accelerated stability testing uses monoclonal and polyclonal antibody alkaline phosphatase conjugates diluted in each stabilizer. 56 days of accelerated stability testing is equivalent to 1.5+years of real-time stability.
