SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heater

1、 Purpose:

SRY2 ordinary tubular electric heaterSuitable for heating oil in open or closed oil tanks, as well as heating water and other media with better heat transfer than oil. Suitable for heating oil in circulation systems.

2、 Function Description

1. Allowable error of working voltage: not greater than 1.1 of its rated value, and the shell should be grounded.

2. Working environment: No explosive or corrosive gases.

3. When melting solid oils such as asphalt and paraffin, the voltage should be reduced and then increased to the rated voltage after melting. To prevent heat concentration from reducing the lifespan of components.

4. The outlet end must be kept dry and clean to avoid surface flickering or short circuits.

5. The components should be stored in a dry place. If the insulation resistance drops below 1M Ω due to long-term storage, they can be dried in an oven at around 200 ℃ for several hours (or the components can be low-voltage energized for several hours) to restore the insulation resistance.

6. The installation hole size of SRY2 type is Φ 65mm, and the working pressure is 6kg/cm ²

SRY2 ordinary electric heater is formed by welding bent tubular components onto flanges to form components with a diameter of Φ 12mm, and the pipe material is 10 gauge steel.
