1、 Purpose:HRY8 finned tube sheathed electric heaterUsed for heating media in hydraulic lubrication, for heating non corrosive gases and liquids.

2、 Characteristics:

HRY8 finned tube sheathed electric heaterComposed of metal tubular electric heating elements and finned protective sleeves. The finned protective sleeve is made of seamless steel pipe, metal fins, and asbestos rubber sealing gasket with heat resistance ≤ 300 ℃.

The electric heater and the oil tank are fixed by flange connection; Sealed by a sealing gasket; The metal tubular electric heating element is isolated from the heated element medium by a protective sleeve with a finned sheath. When replacing the metal tubular electric heating element, there is no need to drain the oil from the tank. Simply remove the metal tubular electric heating element to replace it. Easy and reliable use, maintenance, and repair.

The electric heater with finned tube protective sleeve is an assembly of fins and protective sleeves. Changing the number of fins can alter the surface load of the electric heater. Reasonable use can prevent oil carbonization, burning, reliable, and extend the service life of the medium.
