3、 Structure and usage
This slicer consists of the body, transmission, adjustment, and control parts. The structure and usage of each part are introduced as follows:
1. Body and transmission: The lower part of the body is the machine base, which is equipped with motors and electrical accessories inside. The outer part is equipped with motor start and stop switches. The upper part of the body is the working part, which is equipped with left and right frames, workbench
Compression shaft, feeding shaft, and adjustment mechanism, etc.

The transmission is driven by an electric motor, which drives the transmission shaft to rotate through the main and auxiliary pulleys, and is installed on the transmission shaft

The gears at both ends drive the upper and lower feeding shafts to rotate, and then the gears on the upper feeding shaft drive the clamping shaft to rotate simultaneously.
2. Manipulation and adjustment
The right-hand control handwheel is usually used during debugging, and it rotates idle during operation.

4、 Installation and maintenance
1. Remove the rust proof grease from the exposed surface and check whether each component and electrical appliance is loose due to shipping
Lost or damaged.
2. Connect the power and safety ground wire, and ensure that the direction of the motor operation is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the pulley cover.
3. Check if the tightness of the V-belt is appropriate. If not, open the back cover and adjust the nut connecting the motor base plate and the machine base.
4. Before turning on the slicer, add engine oil to the lubrication position as shown in the diagram. (Position 1, 2, 3
4. Apply a small amount of grease to the transmission gear surface at least twice a week for positions 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, and at least twice a week for shifts 5, 6, and 7. Pay attention not to oil stains on the upper and lower feeding shafts, and check whether each part is running smoothly.
5. In addition to frequent oiling and lubrication, it is necessary to keep the machine clean, pay attention to maintenance and operation safety, and never operate with gloves or use manual pushing and pulling to assist in feeding.
6. If abnormal operation or damaged parts are found, they should be repaired immediately.
