Overview
The temperature of SPS discharge plasma sintering furnace can reach up to 1600 ℃. Can be used for material annealing, material hot pressing bonding, surface treatment and synthesis, etc. Processing samples can include metals, ceramics, nanomaterials, and amorphous materials. Spark plasma sintering furnace (SPS) is particularly suitable for the research of solid electrolytes and thermoelectric materials.
Product Details

SPS discharge plasma sintering furnaceIt is a new technology for rapid solidification of powders. SPS uses a high current pulse power supply to excite and promote the solidification and reactive sintering process of materials. Compared to traditional techniques, SPS can adjust the density values of various conductors, non conductors, and composite materials to any desired value during the processing. SPS significantly reduces experimental time and energy consumption, while maintaining the micro nano structure of the material intact. Therefore, since its inception, it has quickly become an important tool in multiple fields such as scientific research, new material development, and industrial production.
